First when it isn't aggravated and second when it is.

Oh those bloody things are painful. You can get 'em when you are pregnant if you are unlucky.

Then you tend to get them later too. Nasty bloody things. My dad used to get them bad and told me they are veins that pop out like bunches of grapes. You can shove 'em back in, but they fall out again.

They itch but they hurt too. Not nice. And all you lot out there, YOU could get them too!!
