I have had only one haemorrhoid removed using a similar technique. It's horrendous, because for a week, you don't want to crap, because when you do, the turd scratches past those open wounds and it hurts like a motherfucker until they close. Even if you eat greasy food and make slippery turds, it still hurts.

Had the same feeling, after I had my son. They had to do an episiotomy (cut between the bits and rectum), plus, I wound up with horrible hemorrhoids from pushing. I dreaded bowel movements for over a month afterwards.

I heard it's like shitting glass. I have them and spoke to a doctor about getting them removed. That's when he said more often than not, the pain afterwards is worse
