Help Identify My Mothers Skin Issue
So my mother have had this for a couple of months now and i am very worried....she has bad varicose veins....i dont know if that matters....she is 77 years old....the dr's have given her steroid cream which did nothing and now telling her to use vinegar water...in a spray bottle, and spray it on her legs to dry them out. I will show u the old pics ...and the new pics...pls help

Looks like she has venous stasis which creates a lot of redness and swelling. Steroids will do nothing nor will vinegar. It looks like she needs a round of antibiotics bc this could be or turn into cellulitis. Then I’d suggest compression stockings to help the fluid go back up to the heart - love your NP friend :)

Please get her to a new doctor that will actually do their job. My mom had a lazy doctor too and it's only going to hurt your mother in the long/short run.
