As for seeing these types of pictures and feeling disgusted and wanting to quit?..they never phased me..But I did quit a little over 2 years ago.
If they would have passed it so that they had to post pics like these on packs of cigarettes..it would have done little impact on smokers that were hooked..maybe the underage kids that didn't inhale yet..
But for someone who smokes for a extended period of time..wouldn't matter..

We have pictures of bad lungs, tumors and stuff on packs of cigarettes here in France, but I don't think it stops many people. They're like "ew, gross" for a second and smoke anyway.
