Head Trauma MRI
This composite of 4 axial (cross sectional) MRI images of the brain in a person with head trauma reveals a subdural hematoma along the convexity surface of the right cerebral hemisphere. This is the crescent shaped area of white density surrounding the right (on your left) cerebral hemisphere. Incidently noted is severe fibrous dysplasia involving the right frontal skull and facial bones. That is a BAD injury, look at the eyes · |
