I worked at a daycare for a little while and there was a little girl that had something like this. It was mostly on her lower back. Good thing too, she was so adorable, it would have been a shame if her face was covered. I knew her for what she was (kind and gentle) but the public school system would have eaten her alive.

When I first saw the picture I thought "Gee that baby has huge hands."

When my sister-in-law was very early into her pregnancy with my niece, she had one of those hairy cysts removed from one of her ovaries.....I wonder if something like that can also cause excessive hair growth on a baby
