Good find from here in UK  Couldn't find any info except the unrelated attack in a Gulf garage. Maybe this was a road incident or something. |

A burst AA is known as an abdominal aortic aneurysm-some part of the artery running through that area developed a weak area that proceeded to rupture.They usually bleed internally.Alcoholics get esophageal varicies ,they can burst and cause hemmorhage,often fatal.Blood pours down and up and out the throat and mouth.
