Omg that's pathetic!!  A starving mother can't make milk.....starvation/emaciation would make any woman's breasts deflate, since breasts are mostly FAT.

a woman's body is an amazing thing, it will literally starve itself to death in order to keep providing milk for a child. the old wive's tale, a tooth lost for every child, is not far off from the truth, and probably entirely true in third world countries.
