For humans? We have one. It’s recommended if you’re traveling to an area with a rabies problem. One of the issues in these poor areas is ignorance. Even if they know about rabies they’ll go to the local shaman first. By the time symptoms appear and they see a doctor it’s too late. |

Rabies spreads through saliva, that's why the victims become hydrophobic. They can't swallow. The fact they're just keeping him tied up and drooling in public like that is just asking for more rabies victims. |
