She looks like she might have xenoderma pigmentosum... it's a genetic condition that causes the skin to be extremely sensitive to the sun; any sun exposure will cause burns, blistering, and scarring. The rate of skin cancer is through the roof. There's actually a camp for these kids called "Camp Sundown" where they sleep all day and do all the regular camp activities at night.
