There are hormonal deformities that cause males to not develop. He has no pronounced testicles and a barely formed penis. He seems to have enough to have gone through some puberty, since he has body hair - but that may be from hormonal supplements. For every part of the body - inside and out, there is a chance that it might not come out “right”. |
