If she was born abnormally large, chances are that she may have a thyroid or glandular condition (if my child were that big and I was feeding her correctly, I'd certainly be getting that checked when she was young!) but she as exacerbated the condition by eating the junk she eats. She would probably be bigger than average if the condition was not treated even if she ate healthy, but she would probably not be anywhere near the size she is. I have a condition called PCOS which makes my body resistant to insulin. I have to take a drug that diabetes patients take (though I'm not diabetic) to keep it under control. I'm never going to be super skinny, but I keep my body at an acceptable size by watching what I eat and exercising because I understand that I have a condition and I need to work hard to keep it under control. There's no excuse for someone to do this to themselves, even if they do have a medical condition.
