I rolled over in my sleep. My balls strung around each other in my sack by the cords. The sack filled with blood as blood had trouble flowing back out. Doctors had to cut it open and re-align them. Had I waited 2 hours longer, the doctors said I would have lost them from gangrene/lack of oxygen circulation.

Fuck...I had testicular torsion happen once in Middle School. This image makes that incident seem like nothing.
I had a chance to reduce a testicular torsion on a Marine.. I rotated his testical counterclockwise and he had almost immediate relief.. I had to send him to urology to suture his testicle to his scrotum so it wouldnt happen again..
