Genital Trauma Due To Animal Bite
Animal bite is a rare but potentially severe cause of genital trauma and children are the most common victims. Morbidity is directly associated with the severity of the initial wound. Because patients tend to seek medical care promptly, infectious complications are unusual.

Management involves irrigation, débridement, antibiotic prophylaxis, and tetanus and rabies immunization as appropriate as well as primary wound closure or surgical reconstruction. Good functional and cosmetic results are possible in the majority of cases.

I rolled over in my sleep. My balls strung around each other in my sack by the cords. The sack filled with blood as blood had trouble flowing back out. Doctors had to cut it open and re-align them. Had I waited 2 hours longer, the doctors said I would have lost them from gangrene/lack of oxygen circulation.

Damn! As a female, I never thought of things like that happening to man's body!
