I didn't go for a month, finally went to the hospital, and they removed it. Two days later, I bled out several times, and they had to resuscitate me twice. They found an artery had burst in my large intestine from being so constipated; they clipped it, and I spent two more days in the ICU, then another week in the hospital. two weeks later I ended up with peritonitis. Take my advice: if it goes longer than 3 days...clear the shit out!
