It's only legal for minority Chinese tribes to have more than one child, but I think if you're Han Chinese or Chinese in a highly urban area, then the 1 child rule is in place. Poor lady, probably never meant to get pregnant. There's not exactly a great availability of bc or condoms in China, and even if there were you've got all the impoverished people who prolly can't afford it. Forced abortion is disgusting :( |

China has a 1 kid policy, so if you get knocked up with a second one, they will kill it. the "give it up for adoption" idea is not up for debate if the chinese government is ordering you to kill your kid. I don't know if this is true or not, though but I've heard that they kill their mentally retarded too. |
