I will not complain about the slightly annoying big toe nails that are not ingrown, but, just annoying sometimes, or when my toe nail polish chips slightly.

I'm guessing most of the lack of care is due to old age or not being able to reach or see to cut the nails, and some of the red and black ones are from diabetes left untreated.
