I can't look at cheap or tranny DYI surgery jobs. I saw a brazilian transsexual hooker in a documentary by Sting's wife once who got budget silicon breast implants and they traveled down on her body until she had fake tits just left of her right ass cheek, and it abscessed horribly! Elective plastic surgery in Puerto Rico is no cheaper than it is in the mainland. Puerto Ricans go to Colombia and Brazil for cheap plastic surgery like everyone else. And die too. |

The “penis” is in a temporary location to allow the skin to grow and heal, then a follow up surgery will be done to reconstruct everything in the right place. The new pecker is a hack job though.
