I don't understand that at all. That doesn't look like a penis...it doesnt even look like a deformed one. It looks like a nothing. The "surgeon" and I use that term very loosely, left the female genitalia and just implanted a long, soft, bendy plank of hardly even semi-phallic looking flesh below the navel. The patient would have been better off buying a strap on than getting whatever the hell that was done to them.
