Re: Female-to-Male Gender Re-assignment Surgery (GRS) - Phalloplasty
Definitely they would have to piss thru it. . I agree the one with the tattoo on his dick would freak me out. If my husband had drop his pants and there was on tat on it, I would have ran. LOL to much man for me if you can handle tatting your dick, most men no matter how tough flip about that area.

Re: Female-to-Male Gender Re-assignment Surgery (GRS) - Phalloplasty
I don't have a definitive answer, as I have yet to speak to someone who's had this done, but I am trying to get in contact with the right people. However, from my research, the 'penis' created from this procedure IS sensate. There is some feeling, although it's not much as a natural penis, or as much as the genitalia the transman would have been born with. It's also less sensate than the genitalia created for male-to-female transsexuals. I have also attached a diagram of the procedure. |

Re: Female-to-Male Gender Re-assignment Surgery (GRS) - Phalloplasty
Think you're missing the point. A women with 'manlike' tendencies is different from a transgender or person who feels like they were born in the wrong body. I can only imagine how it must feel to outwardly look male or female, but everything in you, your heart, head, soul, whatever...feels like you are in the wrong body. I think it's amazing what surgery can do these days and if it doesn't look entirely 'normal' for the end result, emotionally and psychologically it must make a person feel 100 times better. |
