Re: Female Circumcision
I'm in agreement with you. I have a problem with harmless parts being removed from the body without consent. This goes for males, females, and intersexed people. (Many doctors have performed and continue to perform pointless surgery on intersexed babies to "make them look normal" without their consent.) If a man wants to do it when he gets older, I don't care. But it shouldn't be done on a male infant. An uncircumcised male can learn how to clean his body and he doesn't have to "look just like daddy." |

Re: Female Circumcision
Of course. But it shouldn't be forced on the baby unless it's a necessity. There have even been a few cases where the baby's penis was REMOVED. Not worth it just for the cosmetic reasons the parents have.
