Obesity in America has increased, I have been reading articles that one of the most frequent causes of doctor visits in the future as diabetes, hypertension, myocardial infarction and cerebral vascular event even. Many diabetics complain of not having care when they have chronic problems such as retinopathy, nephropathy, neuropathy and macrovascular even a problem.

The diabetes that these little fatties will contract is 100% preventable as with all of the heart diseases they will most likely get, and what we will end up fucking paying for. Obesity is NOT and will NEVER be linked to genetics. When is the last time you heard about an 800# person that ate a balanced diet, got an hour of solid exercise a day and still gained weight to this extent? Never. It's not genetics...it's your own fat ass shoveling food into your mouth.

Edit: I bring genetics into this because I've seen tons of shit about fat mother fuckers saying 'they have tried every diet and still gain weight, it's my genes'....any doctor who backs that is a fucking fraud.

I have no problem with overweight people...but with disgusting morbidly obese people like this...I would gladly tell them to fuck off in mcdonalds.
