Something like that happened to a kid in my neighborhood a couple of years ago. He was standing on top one of those Spanish style gates with the pointy spade-like spikes on the top and the friggin idiot slipped and one of the spikes went straight up his ass.
I can only imagine what he had to tell his mother: "Hey look mom! My arse lost its virginity to our gate!"
