I had crusty build-up like that from the ages of approximately 14-18 as did my brothers and sisters.

The crust would often extent across the whole eyelid.

After about 18, it seemed to resolve itself. No ointment, drops or medication tried had any effect on it.

She screamed and ran out of my cubicle. XDD
