It looks to me as if he has been incapacitated for some time in that same position in those same clothes eliminating day after day. The amount of maggots under his back and waist area plus the color of those underwear tell the story. I wish the video continued to taking the shirt off and rolling him over. Bet this was just the tip of the iceberg.
