Half the problem is the magazines that glorify stick thin celebs/actors/models etc. I remember when you were a UK size 10 and that was small. Now there is a size zero. Come on, no one should be a size zero. We go from one extreme to another. Extremely obese, or anorexic. We need to stop thinking weight is all that matters. I just realized something about me too. I am disgusted by big fat people, those who eat themselves fat I mean. But I am equally disgusted by these anorexics. I don't know which is worse. Ok, off to the gym after finishing my chips and sour cream dip, followed by 2 chocolate chip cookies. That was dinner!   |
