I can understand cutting and burning(I did it for a long time), but I can't fathom why she would want to go to such extremes. There's pain that's relief, then there's pain that is just miserable. Those cuts look like they would be the miserable kind of pain. The other thing that boggles my mind is the fact that she photographed it. Perhaps it was for shock value or attention. Just seems really odd to me. Hope she was able to get some help, as what she's doing is quite far from normal, even if she's just seeking attention.  |
