I work in Psychiatry and self harmers who clog up A&E with self inflicted wounds REALLY fuck me off. You cut, you fucking fix it. So Kudos to the ones who tape them selves up and stop blocking beds to people who've actually had accidents and need emergency care. The fact this attention seeking idiot has put 'Hello Kitty' plasters on shows it's some emo idiot. Trust me, there is no diagnosis in any form of Psychiatric thinking for stupid wankers like this.

I guess I'm just wondering how she could do that to herself? Not the thought process behind it, but physically. I mean, those self preservation instincts have to kick in sometime. |

My theory's that she started with very small cuts and after that the cuts got increasingly longer, wider and deeper until it got way out of hand. But I totally agree with you that it's puzzling how her preservation instinct seems to have given up. I also can't stop wondering whether she's still alive or not.
