Yes, blindness, or more specifically, denaturation of the scleral proteins from severe neglect, causes the "milky" white appearance of the eyeball. I rescued a deer in China who had her face covered in plastic; her eyes were the same.

A very bad mother abandons her child and shouldn't deserve to give birth to any more childs in her whole life. It's the mother who is evil then not the child.  |
