Re: Evil Looking Child
That is really distressing to see My mum has worked with special needs children (yup, that's what they're called) most of her working life and I've done a bit of voluntary work at one of the schools she worked at plus each weekend we used to look after girl with profound Down's Syndrome to give her parents respite. I loved that child, wanted us to adopt her as it was an option. Anyway, the life the children in the footage has compared to the children in this country, what a massive gulf of a difference |

Re: Evil Looking Child
I watched that documentary a few days ago, it's terrible how those children were treated. But I'm glad that thanks to the attention brought to them by the media who showed that footage, they got better homes and proper care. That kid sure is creepy, but everything else about that place was also creepy as hell. |

Re: Evil Looking Child
I never clicked on this before because I thought it was fake, but now that I have read the description, I have seen that documentary and it is SOOOOO sad. China's abandoned children are even worse. Probably the saddest thing I've ever seen! Search for 'Bulgaria's abandoned children' or 'the dying rooms' on YouTube. It's really intense, be warned! |

Re: Evil Looking Child
I've always wondered why do blind people usually wear sunglasses. Now I know. Also reminded me of a story my boss told me(I'm a nanny): One night she woke up to her 5-year-old daughter standing next to her bed, staring at my boss and just laughing. At nothing in particular. Just non-stop laughing. It freaked me out just hearing about it and now I'm imagining THAT kid doing the same to me. Creepy as fuck! |
