I don't think I can even watch that; I have a hard time with surgery videos already. (Images are fine for some reason though). However I have intrusive thoughts about doing this to my stomach. |

This guy used to have an account on best gore, he would answer questions to viewers. He said it was nothing sexual or past trauma that caused him to be this way. he said he got lightly injured through an accident when he was a child one day and he began playing with the wound. looking at what the inside of him looked like and all the blood just interested him very much. And since then he’s been “experimenting” on himself. He described it like a drug, and he doesn’t like the pain it brings at all, but he likes the dopamine of seeing how grotesque the wounds he makes are. He also said he’s tried to stop in the past unsuccessfully several times. |
