I have seen something like this before; I was a medic during 'The Storm' in 1990. We had a chick who came into the Hosp. on sick-call. Turns out sally-rotten-crotch was self conscious so she wasn't bathing..... so she developed a nasty fungal infection! It looked like this, it also looked liked she had a big mushroom growing out of her twat. After several days of medications / antifungal drugs, along with sitz baths filled with warm water and betadine, it cleared up.
By "several" you mean like a hundred, right?
