Bottom one, was in Rehab little over 4 and a half years ago, guy was in there with hands that looked just like that, his one hand he had a surgery to un-fuse two digits, and to remove a second thumb growing off of his thumb...
Odd note, he was born with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder.. Was an alright guy.. Just first time seeing his hands, just odd.. Asks me for a light for a smoke, hand him my lighter.. see hand...
Didn't stare at him or anything, we're all different in some shape or form.. but was still strange to encounter.. like that anyways.. that rehab was 200 miles away from my home.
Also..
There's a guy that works at the pet store in the local mall, has this same type of deformity.. Pet store guy's look more like pic #2.

First one is really freaky. The others don't bother me as much. Had a polydactyl cat. Apparently it's quite common!?

I worked for a woman who was born with this mutation. She had one thumb and finger on only one hand. it was really weird i tried not to stare when she gave me a paycheck but otherwise she was nice and accomedating.
