It's real, 18 month old girl i read with a head circumference of 91cm

Hydrocephalus also known as "water on the brain," is a medical condition in which there is an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid in the ventricles or cavities of the brain. This may cause increased intracranial pressure inside the skull and progressive enlargement of the head, convulsion, tunnel vision, and mental disability. Hydrocephalus can also cause death.
A campaign has been launched to raise money for her so she can be treated. So far they have raised £68,000 since they started asking for donations at the beginning of April.

Top medical minds my ass! These assholes treat their patients as if they were nothing more than slabs of meat with wallets! I've seen seven Indian doctors, and NONE of the experiences have ended up positive! They give a new difinition to the medical slur, "Quack"!
