Dumbass Films Overdosed Homeless Man in Kensington
This is a clout goblin with a youtube channel consisting entirely of farming attention and money off of homeless drug addicts on the streets of Kensington PA. He says the guy is breathing and in the comments he claims that he 'got up right after he stopped filming' but judging by his appearance and the blow flies inside his mouth I believe it's very likely that he is deceased. What do you guys think?

No, not if he just overdosed. The douche bag filming probably saw him probably saw him fall into the ground or was there like within five minutes. It takes about 45 minutes for your body to enter Livor Mortis: Gravity pulls uncirculated blood downward, causing purplish-red skin discoloration in the lowest parts of the body. This would be from like a Kwik fentanyl overdose, not long drawn out overdose.

I'd be amazed if he's not dead. Flies don't react like that to someone simply passed out and I didn't see him breathing at all.
