Naw, that bandage is an occlusive dressing, it allows air out but not in. When he takes the dressing off and breathes air enters the chest cavity. When he bears down it forces the air out the butthole he made in his side hence the queefing this idiot can do. That's just a horrific infection waiting to happen.
Thanks for the explanation because I was all like WTF and shit, asking "Howwwwwww did he doooo that?!"
