Re: Drowning Victim Revived

Real rib-breaking CPR done correctly - don't see that too often... They're usually afraid to "hurt" the dead person

Correct! I know I was freaked out the first time ... concentrating on the count helped me.

Re: Drowning Victim Revived

Related: On youtube there are clips from Bondi where the lifeguards do CPR. There is one where an Asian man is visiting Australia and has been clinically dead for several minutes but they get him back. Its a great example of what agonal breathing looks like.

Re: Drowning Victim Revived

Man I'm sorry if this is crude but you really gotta be a straight up moron to allow yourself to drown like the only way I can understand someone drowning is 1.you get in a boating /or some kind of other incident that knocks you unconscious and then u end up in the water or 2.a strong current takes u under etc but to drown in just regular still waters idc how deep it is your stupid if u don't know how to simply swim or even float on your freakin back so if you are a grown ass adult and you drown simply because you don't know how to swim then your stupid and I can't stand stupid people u deserve what u get. Stay away from water if your that stupid

Re: Drowning Victim Revived

My step daughter drowned when she was two. I arrived on scene right as they pulled her out. She was blue and her eyes were open and lifeless. Fortunately CPR brought her back also
