Re: Double Teeth
I had this condition - I actually had 3 full sets of adult teeth. One set was extracted to allow the second set to grow, the same procedure to the second set. My third set are perfect - never needed a filling, pearly white, and totally straight. I have regular xrays - so far no more teeth....

Re: Double Teeth
They are not actually extra teeth. They are his lateral incisors which are supposed to be inbetween his eye teeth (canines) and his front teeth (central incisors). There was obviously no room for them there so they erupted anywhere they could, which, obviously in this case was on his palate. The fact that they erupted so symmetrically is what gives them the appearance of being extra teeth.
