How the hell does one accidentally cut themselves that many times? The blade doesn't appear to have splintered, seems like the first one would have been enough of a reason to toss the tool across the room.

That’s a wood power saw blade fitted in an angle grinder!!

Someone was trying to be clever, the blade bit into something and shot up his body. You can’t cure stupid.....

first thing you do when you get a new grinder is you throw out the safety guard
