Man's Hand Hacked Off with a Machete
On the morning of 15th July 2019 in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), S.V.S. hacked off the hand of 44 year old A.P.H. with a machete. 'S' was abusive towards his girlfriend. When 'A' defended her, he was accused of meddling in their relationship + 'S' attacked him.
