Damn he had eyes, nose, mouth, and head full of maggots. I also see that their is no bedside manner in these countries either. This poor man is suffering and there's a douche laughing. Maybe I have too much compassion for people, cuz I would've punched the laughing jackass. I'm certain it got that bad b/c he couldn't see to go for help, even if he had the money to see a doctor. I would like to know how he got the gaping hole in his forehead though
