Re: Dog Attack

Great post

All of these 'pit bull attack' posts really should be made into a pamphlet of some sort and handed out to the dog owners who swear blind that their precious pooch would 'never hurt a fly' to raise some awareness.

I can practically hear the doggo crowd bashing away at their keyboards in indignant fury right now, how long before the old 'its not the dog, it's the owner' argument gets dragged out yet again?
When did a Chihuahua, a poodle, a pug do something like this? Yes, some owners mistreat their dogs and make them unstable, but no matter how irresponsible a person, a dog with a pedigree of gentle temperament will rarely launch a sustained attack at random.

Dogs bred to be vicious will be vicious, it's their nature not their fault, that said though, they have no place in modern society.
It’s funny you come here to preach that. On this site, you can see that about 99% of the horrendous violence is caused by human males.

The statistics of this site PROVE that men are evil, good for nothing torturers and murderers. It doesn’t matter how many good experiences you or anyone else tries to tell me they’ve had with the human males in your lives - I’ve seen the evidence. Even the ones who have never hurt a fly are capable of beating, raping, torturing and murdering you and all of your friends. They really have no place in modern society.

Your chances of being attacked by a human male are thousands of times greater than being attacked by any breed or mix of dog.

Someone should really make a pamphlet about that.

*I personally have nothing against men, nor dogs of any breed.

A valid point indeed, also something I tend to agree with whole heartedly!
If I had a magic button to push and wipe out a species, you can bet that good old humanity would be screwed, my hatred for vicious dogs is surpassed only by my absolute and unending revulsion towards humans.
Pretty much everyone agrees that humanity is a cancer, it's the recurrent tendency to have the blinkers on about the dear, sweet, harmless pit bulls that causes me to speak up so often.

Re: Dog Attack

I used to volunteer at an animal shelter. We had at least one chihuahua a month in for a bite hold. Those are some vicious little fuckers.
I worked, for years, at a doggie daycare and the most vicious attacks on me (my hands look like I've been in a knife fight) were by dogs 10 lbs and under.
