Re: DIY Stitch Up Job Self Cutter
i don't know who the girl is, but she is not me. first of all, i'm 51 years old, and second, i have never cut where it can be seen. i never wanted the people in my real life to know that i was cutting, and i did not want the scars to show.

Re: DIY Stitch Up Job Self Cutter
YES, THIS. It was so fucking OBVIOUS too! I even groaned at the people that GENUINELY thought cutting was cool, and I was sure my sarcasm would not go unnoticed. But alas! Maybe it's an American thing? I see you're German, so I feel like I might have more in common with you as a Norwegian. Anyways, thanks for noticing it. Vielen Dank <3 |

Re: DIY Stitch Up Job Self Cutter
I agree with whoever said that cutting is a coping mechanism, albeit not exactly a healthy one, just like self-medicating with recreational drugs - legal or illegal - to deal with a traumatic event. I tend to smoke when I get really stressed out. She's cutting her leg and I'm burning my lungs *cough*.
