Probably has that condition where he feels that testicle is not a part of him and wants to remove it. Some people chop off arms and legs due to this. Either that or its cancerous and he lives in the privatised USA and can't afford removal. Or he is just a really sick individual lol  |

Pretty sure ibuprofen isn't a blood-thinner. As a matter of fact, people who take blood-thinners such as aspirin are told not to take ibuprofen, as it may counteract the blood-thinning properties.

Last video I saw of a guy doing this he used a butcher's knife. It went way more smoothly and he took both testicles out at once.
