Ya know... using something like the Female Condom would prevent many of the conditions pictured above because, unlike a regular condom which goes over the shaft of the penis, the Female condom covers some of the external genitalia also. It folds back a bit and provides a protective barrier for the labia. The brand I know of is called "Reality". They are not latex but polyurithane (sp?) and therefore are less apt to break, unlike a latex condom. When I worked as an HIV educator, I had a hetrosexual couple who came in monthly and we gave them a whole box of the things. They were trying to see if they could cause one to break during sex. Never were able to make it happen but they did have LOTS of happy sex!!! Because they are stronger, they can be used for anal sex also. Just saying.
