Most of these type of late term abortion are done on fetuses that died in the womb, or are so deformed they will die when they are born. Let's stop pretending that it is common for a woman to abort a completely healthy pregnancy at this stage. It's a myth.

Most abortions (95% of them) don't look like this - just saying. 95% occur before it is this late term - prior to 20 weeks.
