Although it's probably not the case in this video, as a complication of diabetes, this type of thing can manifest itself very rapidly. A small cut one day, and your leg is lopped off three or four days later. Usually happens with people who have been type 1 diabetic for many years, or have poor control, or with type 2 diabetics who have probably gone undiagnosed for some time. I'm a type 1 diabetic. Have been for 30 years. Rest assured that if I have any gruesome procedures as a consequence of diabetes, I will ensure they're all filmed and posted on here.
