that is simply just disgusting. i can't even imagine wasting time trying to remove the dead skin, just cut the entire leg off, like kelly said, they are going to lose part of their leg. and if all the gangrene doesn't get completely removed and the person again lets it get to to such a bad point, well this won't happen too many times before they end up losing their life. the doctor should sacrifice the entire leg and quit piddling around trying to save as much of it as possible. if the leg owner was really concerned with keeping that leg, they wouldn't have waited so long to get treatment.
