Deformed Torso of Teenager
his parents and his sister died in an accident 6 years ago and he's raised by his grandparents who have little money for medical treatment. There's also mentioning this strange growing was (partially) caused because he never had all his vaccinations when he was a kid.

Maybe he was also involved in the accident and survived and broke a lot of bones incl. spine but never got treated in the hospital.

That's a part of this rare deformity. His eyes are 2 dimensional and pixelated.
