This one is the result of injecting synthol into the muscles to make them look bigger. It's a fairly common practice in certain poorer areas of South America. It can get that bad in mere days after the injection is done, it apparently hurts like hell having it pumped into the muscles so the infection pain mingles with the injection pain. At the beginning you hear the doc asking "how long" [since the injections] there is a slightly longer version out there where you see the catch pans being changed as they fill up urrrgh I bet he won't do that dumb shit again in a hurry! |
